A Gentle Pace is an independent therapy and health practice based in Newcastle upon Tyne, offering professional, accessible services for adults, children and young people.
Our work brings together evidence-informed therapy with practical health services, including health testing, ear care and mole scanning.
Therapeutic work is calm, focused and tailored to the individual. There is no expectation to rush towards change; instead, sessions provide the space, structure and practical strategies to work towards meaningful goals at a pace that is right for you.
Clear – helping you think clearly, understand patterns and work towards change.
Calm – developing ways to regulate, recover and respond more effectively.
Connected – helping you reconnect with yourself, your strengths and what matters to you.
