• Next of kin details (for clinical hypnotherapy clients only).

• For children, parental/guardian consent and emergency contact details.

• Payment information (processed securely through trusted third-party providers — no card details are stored).

How Your Information is Used

• To provide safe and appropriate therapy and clinical services.

• To contact you regarding appointments, results, or updates.

• To keep secure records as required by professional and legal standards.

• To comply with my professional body’s ethical requirements.

Confidentiality

All information shared is treated with the strictest confidentiality. Your records will never be shared without your consent, except in rare cases where:

• There is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.

Storage of Information

• Records are stored securely in line with GDPR requirements.

• Health information is kept for a minimum of 7 years (or until the child turns 25 for under-18s), as required by law and professional guidelines.

• After this period, records are securely destroyed.
