Therapeutic support should never feel rushed or overwhelming.
A Gentle Pace is a structured therapeutic and professional wellbeing practice based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Sessions are calm, focused and grounded in evidence-informed practice.
Whether you are seeking therapy, professional wellbeing support, or specialist work for your child, the aim is always clarity, safety and steady progress.
Clear – helping you think clearly and move past unhelpful habits or patterns.
Calm – reducing stress and settling the body’s stress response.
Connected – helping you feel more like yourself again and focused on what matters.
These principles guide both therapeutic work and professional wellbeing sessions at A Gentle Pace.
A Gentle Pace was founded by Kay Pace.
