At A Gentle Pace, a range of accredited UK laboratory tests are available to provide structured health data where appropriate. These tests are not a medical diagnosis and do not replace GP care.
For some individuals, additional laboratory insight can provide clarity when experiencing ongoing fatigue, digestive discomfort, hormonal transition, sleep disruption or general changes in wellbeing. Results may help inform a more focused discussion with your GP or relevant healthcare professional.
Any ongoing symptoms, health concerns or medication changes should always be discussed with your GP.
Test kits can be collected from our office or delivered directly to your home. Samples are returned using pre-paid packaging, and results are typically provided by email within 5–7 working days in a clear, easy-to-read report.
